Velocity Packaging is a registered fictitious business name (DBA) of Engage Forward LLC. In this policy, "Velocity Packaging," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Engage Forward LLC doing business as Velocity Packaging.

How long we keep it

We keep quote and customer records for as long as needed to serve your account and to meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations. If you ask us to delete your information and we are not required to keep it, we will.

Your choices

  • Email — you can unsubscribe from any commercial email using the link in that message, or by replying and asking us to stop.
  • Access, correction, and deletion — you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond.
  • California residents — if you live in California, you may have additional rights over your personal information under state law. Contact us and we will honor those rights.

Do Not Track signals

Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal to the websites you visit. There is currently no industry or legal standard for how websites must respond to these signals. Our website does not respond differently to Do Not Track signals. We do not allow third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity across other websites through our site.
